Luxury with a laidback vibe

-

Aluxury beachfront development on Bilinga Beach has drawn plenty of interest from local buyers ahead of its official market launch. Lana by Arena Property Group at 295 Golden Four Drive comprises a total of 23 glamorous residences.

They include nine absolute beachfront units – including the two-storey penthouse and three-bedroom ground-floor beach house – as well as 14 two-bedroom apartments.

Marketing agent Ed Cherry, of Harcourts Coastal Prestige, said more than 90 expressions of interest were received even before off-the-plan sales were launched, with passers-by drawn by “coming soon” signage at the site.

Mr Cherry said Arena engaged local architect BDA to conceptualise a design that perfectly reflected Bilinga’s laidback vibe, with curved lines and creamy tones enhancing the coastal aesthetic.

The beachfront residences blend soft timbers, stone, bright whites and neutrals with recessed cabinetry and layered textures for a timeless appeal.

The building’s facilities include an infinity-edge rooftop pool, poolside barbecue area, and residents’ terrace on level nine.

“Arena is a Sydney company that is also well-known in the Newcastle region for its high-rise developments, but for this project they have differentiated themselves by engaging a local architect who truly understands the environment,” Mr Cherry said.

The absolute beachfront units offer direct beach access, with stunning ocean views north capturing the Surfers Paradise skyline, and south to Coolangatta and the famed surf break of Snapper Rocks.

The 332sq m penthouse apartment is priced at $5.5m and has three bedrooms and a multi-purpose room as well as four bathrooms and parking for four cars.

High-end features including custom cabinetry, a fireplace, wine fridge and elegant kitchen, plus a private entertaining terrace with pool and kitchen on the rooftop.

The ground-floor beach house is priced at $4.5m, while two-bedroom units start from $1.15m.

Mr Cherry said the two-bedroom, two-bathroom south-facing units offered exceptional value for money without scrimping on inclusions.

Each apartment was oriented to capture sea breezes, while the open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas lead on to a spacious entertaining balcony.

On the ground floor, the beach house covers 382.5sq m of living space, with private access to the beach front.

Features include a private pool, landscaped terrace courtyard and barbecue area. Inside, there’s three large bedrooms as well as a multipurpose room and three bathrooms, plus elegant kitchen with walk-in pantry.
