The success of each sales strategy is underpinned by innovative marketing, a major point of difference for Team Harrison, who design the campaign with a specific buyer in mind. “We spend a lot of time understanding who the likely buyer will be and use those demographics as the basis for a digital strategy that puts us in front of the right buyers,” says Jamie. “We proactively review the data which allows us to pivot during a campaign as needed without losing any time or traction. As the market restabilises, the cost to the seller if marketed incorrectly could be as high as 20-30% of the sale price. We simply don’t take that chance.”
Jamie received a slew of accolades at the Kollosche Annual Awards in August for his advertising presence on REA, Domain and the Kollosche Cove Magazine, as well as being named one of the top investors with marketing arm K Media Group.
While marketing plays a significant role in Team Harrison’s success formula, relationships and results are also key. “I work with a lot of repeat clients, and those relationships are built on trust and credibility,” says Jamie. “I’m honest with my advice on the market and what is achievable. “Our goal isn’t just to sell your house, the things we do differently get a property in front of those extra 20% of buyers to achieve the highest possible price in any market. “People appreciate service and advice, but it’s also those results they keep coming back for.”
