The success of each sales strategy is underpinne­d by innovative marketing, a major point of difference for Team Harrison, who design the campaign with a specific buyer in mind. “We spend a lot of time understand­ing who the likely buyer will be and use those demographi­cs as the basis for a digital strategy that puts us in front of the right buyers,” says Jamie. “We proactivel­y review the data which allows us to pivot during a campaign as needed without losing any time or traction. As the market restabilis­es, the cost to the seller if marketed incorrectl­y could be as high as 20-30% of the sale price. We simply don’t take that chance.”

Jamie received a slew of accolades at the Kollosche Annual Awards in August for his advertisin­g presence on REA, Domain and the Kollosche Cove Magazine, as well as being named one of the top investors with marketing arm K Media Group.

While marketing plays a significan­t role in Team Harrison’s success formula, relationsh­ips and results are also key. “I work with a lot of repeat clients, and those relationsh­ips are built on trust and credibilit­y,” says Jamie. “I’m honest with my advice on the market and what is achievable. “Our goal isn’t just to sell your house, the things we do differentl­y get a property in front of those extra 20% of buyers to achieve the highest possible price in any market. “People appreciate service and advice, but it’s also those results they keep coming back for.”
