LUXURY Broadbeach residential development Amaya has hit the market with a display now open. Amalgamated Property Group in partnership with Base Developments, are behind the project that will include 120 luxury apartments.

Amalgamated Property Group principal and founding director Graham Potts said the new development signalled the group’s continued growth across Australia.

“We’re excited to be re-entering the Queensland market with this modern blend of luxury and lifestyle in the heart of Broadbeach and we’re pleased to be welcoming prospective buyers through our display suite which will showcase materials and features from not just the homes themselves, but also the amenities on a large scale, so it is very special.

“We’re extremely selective with our site locations and are committed to supporting developments that add value to a city’s urban infrastructure which is exactly what Amaya does for the Broadbeach region.

Set 300m from the beach on First Ave, the modern 33-storey tower will feature a range of two and three bedroom apartments with floor to ceiling windows and balconies.

“Amaya is perfectly positioned in the premium residential end of Broadbeach,” said CBRE Residential Projects senior director Nicholas Clydsdale.

“This means residents have the best of Broadbeach at their fingertips while being able to enjoy the more tranquil surrounds of a First Ave address.”

“Amaya’s peaceful location and the fact that there are only four homes per level, means that residents will enjoy great views from the 33 level tower with more privacy, so coming home will feel like returning to their sanctuary near the sea.”

Resident-only amenities include a lap pool, spa, sauna, steam room and gym.

The display, at shop 14, 15 Albert Ave, gives prospective buyers the opportunity to see Amaya’s kitchen and bathrooms up close as well as 3D modelling technology. The tower is set to be built by 2024.
