SPRING on the Gold Coast was buzzing with apartment buyers and Royale Gold Coast was a standout, achieving more than $38m in apartment sales in October and November. Ten beachfront apartments at Royale Gold Coast sold for an average of $3.8m each.

Royale Gold Coast is a $435m, 38-level tower in Surfers Paradise encompassing 104 apartments with six-star, resort-style amenities over the first two levels.

It is being delivered by developer David Devine and his team at DD Living.

Hutchinson Builders is progressing foundation and basement work at the beachfront site on the corner of Markwell Ave and Northcliffe Tce, with completion due in 2025.

Total Property Group is managing the sales of Royale Gold Coast.
