Broadbeach’s next landmark address

The release of Sunset Residences, a collection of luxury full-floor beachfront residences at 21 Broadbeach Blvd will put another Broadbeach address on the map.

The corner site offers an uninterrupted 270-360 degree view corridor that captures views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta and the Hinterland.

Developers Glenvill Developments and QNY Group are offering 10 full-floor residences, a double- storey beach house with a plunge pool and a tri-level penthouse with a private rooftop terrace.
