Relaxed sanctuary for keen buyers

-

BUYERS are rushing to secure waterfront apartments in prestigious Sanctuary Cove. Sales inquiries for the first stage of Sanctuary Cove’s Harbour One exceeded all expectations with 800 registered potential buyers.

Stage one apartments sold out quickly and prompted an early release of stage two apartments to meet the unprecedented demand.

Stage two sales have been strong with just 11 apartments now remaining.

Harbour One’s two penthouses are due for release to the market in early 2023, with the final release of stage three, comprising of eight townhouses, set to take place in 2024.

Positioned within a new residential precinct on the marina’s edge, south of the Sanctuary Cove village, Harbour One features 45 two, three, and four-bedroom residences.

They are set over four levels with a layout that connects directly to both the boat harbour and the village.

Recent buyers Geoffrey and Jane Burke are long term residents of Sanctuary Cove.

They are currently building a home at Sanctuary Cove, however, they say when

Harbour One was released, they knew the opportunity would not last, and they secured an apartment for their future, when they decide to downsize.

“We have looked at property all over Southeast Queensland, and we just couldn’t find anything that compared,” Mrs Burke said. “We love the peace and quiet, and the serenity of Sanctuary Cove, as well as everything there is to do. “As soon as we saw it, we were sold. “The location is just beautiful, and we were able to have input into the design and layout, which was great. We actually can’t wait to get there.”

Harbour One is part of Mulpha’s long term plan for the prestigious precinct which will inject new life into the master planned community, while still maintaining the peaceful and exclusive atmosphere Sanctuary Cove is known for.

Mulpha Sanctuary Cove sales general manager John Hughes said Harbour One had attracted inquiries from a broad range of buyers.

“It has appealed to a broad range of buyers looking for relaxed yet sophisticated waterfront living within easy reach of the village,” he said.

Designed in collaboration with Bureau Proberts Architects, Harbour One captures open marina vistas, garden views and sea breezes via louvred windows and large balconies.

Apartments feature vitrified glazed porcelain floors or engineered timber floorboards, with twist-pile carpets in the bedrooms and ducted airconditioning throughout. All apartments are fitted with colour-screen video intercom, spaces for two cars, as well the opportunity to secure additional buggy parking.
