Feel the Rhythm in Kirra
CONSTRUCTION on Rhythm Kirra Hill has kicked off following a solid take-up from buyers eager to get into the tightlyheld southern Gold Coast market.
Builder Greyburn Building Contractors, is starting construction on Immerse Projects’ boutique residential apartment project Rhythm.
Rhythm Kirra Hill will be a seven-level residence including 40 coastal-inspired apartments within walking distance to Coolangatta and Kirra’s world-class beaches.
John Kearney, who owns and operates both Greyburn and Immerse Projects, has 20 years of development and construction experience in southeast Queensland.
“I am pleased to announce that Rhythm Kirra Hill is well and truly under way, and we look forward to seeing our vision come to life over the next 18 months,” Mr Kearney said.
“Demand for premium beachside apartments on the southern Gold Coast is higher than ever, so we are excited to be officially under construction.”
Rhythm Kirra Hill selling agent Jayde Pezet of Pezet Matheson said construction comes hot off the back of strong inquiry for the project.
“The project has been exceptionally well received and many prospective buyers have been enticed by the project’s proximity to key lifestyle amenities,” said Mr Pezet.
“World-class surf breaks, picturesque walkways, a major supermarket, boutique shopping and beloved local cafes restaurants is all an easy walk from your doorstep here at Rhythm Kirra Hill.”
A limited release of one and threebedroom apartments are now selling alongside the original two-bedroom apartments that were released to market in late 2022.
Residences are priced from $720,000 to $1.355 million.
Completion is scheduled for 2024.
