Navini in a coastal hotspot

-

The beachfront at Bilinga is transforming, with boutique development Navini the next project to alter the skyline along the popular strip. Construction is set to start in April on the mid-rise development at 313 Golden Four Drive.

Sydney-based Pacific View Properties are behind the project while Navini’s coastalinspired design is the work of Gold Coast studio Boris Design, with interiors crafted by interiors outfit Studio Collective.

Navini joins a number of boutique developments that are forming a mid-rise spine along the southern stretch of coast.

Kollosche new projects director Jamie Harrison said Navini offered buyers an opportunity to gain a foothold in a more traditional beachside suburb.

“Bilinga and the surrounding pockets are one of the last stretches of beachfront that offer the authenticity of a traditional beachside lifestyle,” Mr Harrison said.

“The nearby suburbs of Burleigh and Palm Beach have already popped, making Bilinga one of the last remaining growth areas along the coast,” he said.

Bilinga is already rich in amenities, with Navini in proximity to world-famous beach breaks, cafes and restaurants, while the popular Gold Coast Oceanway connecting Coolangatta to Currumbin, and beyond, runs past Navini’s doorstep.

Pacific View director Greg Smith understands the attraction of the location, having been behind three other projects in the area - Crest and National Design Award winning projects Bluewater, and Seychelles located along Pacific Pde, slightly south of Navini.

“We love this area because of the views,” Mr Smith said. “The outlook north to northeast is the best on the coast. You can see from Surfers all the way to Coolangatta.”

“Bilinga also has much quieter beaches than those further north, with a much wider stretch of golden sand.

“It’s just not as busy. You can walk for a kilometre along the beach here and hardly see anybody. It’s a magical location.”

Navini residents can live an elevated coastal lifestyle in spacious residences designed to capture the essence of its natural beachside setting.

Half-floor apartments feature three ensuite bedrooms with walk-in robes, media room, a functional open-plan dining, living and kitchen space with butler’s pantry, stone benchtops and integrated Miele appliances.

The living spaces lead to spacious balconies designed for entertaining.

Interiors feature a refined colour palette, in both dark and light colour schemes, with custom joinery.

Residents will also have access to shared facilities which include a pool, barbecue and entertaining facilities.

Prices start from $2.98 million with the project being marketed by Kollosche new project sales agents Nicole and John Mayer, and Stephen Edwards.
