The residence was completed late last year and was built as the forever home of owners Krystie and Darren Teasdale who fell in love with the size of the block and its prime waterfront location.

“The position is just amazing, and it’s exactly what we’d been looking for, but it took us a few years to find,” Mrs Teasdale said.

“You can get to Sanctuary Cove by buggy, it’s close to the restaurants of Hope Island and is in a quiet waterfront location on a large block.”

Offering views all the way up Grand Canal to the Coomera River, the concrete constructed home encompasses three levels, including an underground single-span basement.
