Leading developer Marquee Development Partners is launching La Belle Palm Beach on the southern Gold

Coast.

The 3300sq m beachfront site at 332 The Esplanade, Palm Beach, which was formerly owned by world motorcycle champion Mick Doohan, will include 74 apartments over 14 levels.

The project will include threebedroom, four-bedroom and fivebedroom apartments as well as five two-storey homes.

“Palm Beach has emerged as one of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after markets and La Belle is a world-class project that we have designed to meet sustained demand for premium residences on the southern Gold Coast,” said Jacques Winterburn, director of Marquee Development Partners.

“We’re taking full advantage of this extremely rare site to create a residential masterpiece that not only meets the needs of discerning buyers, but also remains true to the spirit that sets the southern Gold Coast apart.

“La Belle Palm Beach stands as Marquee’s crowning achievement, marking our 11th venture on the Gold Coast.”

The Palm Beach development comes on the heels of a sellout of the company’s latest Gold Coast project, the $126m Monterey Kirra Beach, which is earmarked for a beachfront site at Kirra.

Marquee has already fielded inquiries from local downsizers and interstate buyers for La Belle Palm Beach ahead of the project’s official launch today.

“The interest in this site and this project has been quite amazing with many inquiries coming from several buyers whom have purchased in our earlier projects, underscoring the trust and satisfaction with Marquee and the projects we deliver,” said Azura Griffen, sales manager at Marquee Development Partners.

Designed by Cottee Parker Architects and detailed by BDA Architecture, the development is set to offer world-class amenities including a heated outdoor pool and spa, multiple teppanyaki dining bars and entertaining areas, and a resident’s lounge with a billiard room, bar and a large screen TV. La Belle Palm Beach will also feature a wellness centre with a state-of-the-art gymnasium, yoga and pilates movement room, saunas, indoor hydrotherapy hot pool and two cold plunge immersion baths.

Apartments are priced from $2.15m. Construction is expected to start in July, 2024.
