CELEBRATE THE VINTNER’S ART

Get ready to raise a glass and enjoy good food, great company and some top quality entertainment at Sanctuary Cove’s first ever Winter Wine Festival

-

WHAT better way to see out winter than with wine? Foodies and wine lovers can take a tour of outstanding wineries this weekend.

The inaugural Winter Wine Festival at Sanctuary Cove is showcasing premium Australian and international winemakers and producers, with wine tasting events, live entertainment and fine dining.

Chefs have collaborated with wineries to create a unique Wine Trail, allowing guests to wander through the streets of the Marine Village and the Sanctuary Cove Resort to enjoy wine tastings and dining events across the precinct.

From full-bodied reds created for fireside conversation, to sparkling champagnes, the festival has something to suit all tastes.

“I’ve had a sneak preview of the Winter Wine program,” said Bimbadgen Estate general manager Adam Morris. “The program balances education and entertainment in equal measure, with plenty of opportunity for laughs and the friendly banter that makes our industry so great.”

“Wine enthusiasts and those in search of a wonderful way to celebrate the season will discover an enchanting atmosphere in our popup winter vineyard entertainment space, with a great program of events allowing guests to enjoy a unique weekend of live entertainment while also learning more about their favourite drop,” Mulpha Sanctuary Cove’s Johan Hasser said.

The festival runs from 1-7pm today and tomorrow at the Marine Village, Sanctuary Cove, Masthead Way.
