SUMMARY

Still very quiet on the wavefront. Tiny SSE/ SE windswell persists around 1ft across southern QLD coasts throughout the weekend, with tiny to near flat conditions expected to prevail early to mid next week. Expect light to moderate E winds on Saturday, turning light to moderate N to NNE from Sunday onwards.

TODAY

SSE windswell around 2ft exposed northern NSW south facing breaks, grading to 1ft or so along exposed QLD coasts and tiny to near flat inside the points and bays. WIND: Early light SW to SSW tending ESE to ENE 10 to 15 knots during the afternoon.

TOMORROW

Residual SE swell around 1 to 2ft max exposed northern NSW beaches, grading to 0.5 to 1ft across southern QLD exposed breaks and flat inside the points and bays. WIND: Early light variable tending NNE 5 to 15 knots across southern QLD during the afternoon and up to 10 to 20 knots northern NSW.

MONDAY

Traces of SE and NE swell around 1ft+ exposed northern NSW breaks, virtually flat elsewhere. WIND: Early light NNW tending NNE 10 to 20 knots during the afternoon.

TUESDAY

Tiny SE and NE swells up to 1ft+ exposed breaks, basically flat elsewhere. WIND: Early light NNW tending NNE 10 to 15 knots during the afternoon.

WEDNESDAY

Slight NE windswell and background SSE swell up to 1ft+ exposed breaks, nearflat elsewhere. WIND: Early light N tending ENE 5 to 15 knots during the afternoon.
