Or if you’re looking to challenge yourself, try one of their painting, champagne, wine or cheese master classes. There’s even a snail eating competition for the really adventurous.
This time around they’ve set themselves an exciting goal – in 2017, festivalgoers managed to set a Guinness World Record for the most French berets worn in one spot.
In 2018 they want to beat 941, but they need your help to do it. $1 from each beret sold at the festival will be donated to the Surfers Paradise RSL to help Australian families.
If you’re looking for a way to spend the weekend and experience an amazing culture at the same time, this is the event for you. For more info visit bonjourfrenchfestival.com.au
