IT’S fortunate Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton kept his portfolio after the leadership change.

He’s a tough minister and, working with Prime Minister Scott Turnbull makes them a formidable pair. It’s long overdue that any terrorist with dual citizenshi­p is deported to their former country.

Hopefully such legislatio­n might discourage would-be terrorists to commit acts of atrocity on Aussie citizens.

The Royal Commission has exposed heaps of bad behaviour by Aussie banks, so let bank customers decide what’s best for them, free trade being the buzz word these days. People deserve a fair go.
