Whoopee doo, the government wants to introduce tougher sentences for childkillers. What good would that do if they don’t give a damn and get 3 square meals a day in a luxury jail if they are homeless or no hopers of society. Unless we return to the old days of capital punishment and third world jail conditions. We need preventive measures in place first otherwise the cure is taking children off the homeless and violent as well as sterilisation.
