James on a high for Coast return
JAMES Ledgerwood, these days well and truly ensconced in the Sydney real estate scene, has teamed up with his dad and mum on a ‘lofty’ Gold Coast assignment.
James, Paul and Charmaine, all working for The Agency, are chasing a buyer for the tri-level penthouse of plastic surgeon Ian McDougall and wife Peta in Main Beach tower Marquis.
That means the Bondibased James, 33, has been making a few trips north to his old turf – he worked for Ray White for six years before a similar stint with McGrath.
Those trips also are a case of killing two birds with one stone – he’s joint agent for a subpenthouse in the Soul tower being sold by the chairman of Forise, the company behind the mooted Surfers Paradise tower Spirit.
There’s a slight irony in that appointment, as The Agency was to market Spirit before its relationship with Forise ended.
