COOK ISLAND: Visibility is between 5m to 8m. Wind is blowing about 10 knots. Big schools of fish around.

TWEED RIVER: Visibility is up to about 8m but lots of seaweed has blown into the river. Water temperature is about 19C. Dolphins seen in the river early in the morning.
