Easier for Invincible Star

INVINCIBLE Star can turnaround a forgettable campaign by regaining winning form in the Listed Starlight Stakes (1100m) at Rosehill today.

The season started so promisingly for Invincible Star with a stunning barrier trial that was enough for her to earn a slot in The Everest.

But nothing has gone right in five winless starts since that included a training setback which ruled her out of The Everest. She has recently finished unplaced in successive Group 1 races in Melbourne during the spring carnival.

Trainers Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott have persevered with the mare but lowered their sights for her.
