Time to buy: It was a G8 idea

BOARD members of the Gold Coast’s largest listed company have been on a share buying spree, snapping up stock in childcare giant G8 Education.

G8 non-executive chairman Mark Johnson picked up 10,000 additional shares for $28,200, for a total of 60,000.

Non-executive directors Brian Bailison (5000 more), Julie Ann Cogin (2000) and David Foster (5000) all joined in the exercise, adding to their own portfolios through related entities or parties. All four have filed notices with the ASX to update the market on their swelling G8 portfolios.
