TO­DAY: Stronger east­erly tradewind swell up to 3 to 5ft+ ex­posed open beaches, wrap­ping at 2 to 3ft+ along the points and in­side the bays with size de­pend­ing on ex­po­sure. WIND: East­erly, ESE 10 to 20 knots, tend­ing ENE from Byron south.

TO­MOR­ROW: East­erly tradewind swell. Sets up to a consistent 3 to 5ft+ ex­posed open breaks, eas­ing marginally in the af­ter­noon. Wrap­ping at 2 to 4ft in­side the points and bays. WIND: ESE across south­ern Qld, tend­ing ENE up to 10 to 15 knots across north­ern NSW coasts.

MON­DAY: East­erly tradewind swell. Sets up to 3 to 5ft ex­posed open breaks, eas­ing slightly in the af­ter­noon. Wrap­ping at 2 to 3ft+ in­side the points and bays. WIND: Light in­shore SSW to SW winds, tend­ing East­erly 10 to 15 knots, pos­si­bly ENE in the af­ter­noon and NE from Byron south.

TUES­DAY: East­erly tradewind swell grad­u­ally drops. Sets up to 3 to 4ft ex­posed open breaks, eas­ing in the af­ter­noon. Wrap­ping at 2 to 3ft in­side the points and bays and eas­ing later. WIND: Early light and vari­able tend­ing ENE 5 to 15 knots, pos­si­bly NE later.
