TODAY: Poor quality, short-range NE swell ranges from 2 to 4ft along exposed open Qld beaches, grading to a larger 3 to 4ft along exposed northern NSW coasts. WIND: Northerly 10 to 20 knots, tending NNE to NE 20 to 25 knots.

TOMORROW: Short-range NE swell up to a consistent 3 to 4ft exposed open breaks, easing in the arvo. Grading smaller elsewhere. WIND: NE 10 to 15 knots, tending ENE 15 to 25 knots.

MONDAY: Smaller NE swell ranging from 2 to 3ft+ along exposed open breaks, grading smaller along the points and inside the bays. WIND: Early light and variable inshore tending NE 10 to 15 knots plus during the arvo.

TUESDAY: NE swell continues to range from 2 to 4ft along exposed open beaches, wrapping at lower levels inside the points and bays. WIND: Early light and variable inshore, tending NE 10 to 15 knots.

WEDNESDAY: Fading NE swell. Ranging from 1 to 3ft exposed open beaches, fading in the arvo. Wrapping at tiny levels inside the bays. WIND: Light NW to NNW inshore 5 to 10 knots, tending NNE later.
