COOK ISLAND: Not looking good today but improvemen­t expected tomorrow. Northerlie­s are blowing at 20 knots today and about 16 knots tomorrow. Visibility is up to about 8-10m.

TWEED RIVER: Try for an afternoon dive between noon and 2.30pm for the best conditions. Visibility is up to about 8m and water temperatur­e is about 22C. Big schools of jewfish, few turtles and lionfish.

WAVE BREAK ISLAND: Conditions have been good. Visibility up to about 6m. Could of dolphins around, sea turtles and stingrays.
