Aside from what you saw in Garth Brennan as a coach, what convinced you that the Gold Coast was the right place?

A

His playing roster, he was building on that and he’s got some good players here over the past 12 months. The depth that is here is really, really good so it’s in a pretty healthy spot.

The fact of the matter is the Titans have finished 15th and 14th in the past two years. Where is improvement needed?

A

We have just got to make sure we can ramp it up a bit and those close games that they were losing, we need to finish those ones off. You win four or five out of them and you’re in the top eight.
