NPL Player Drain

Obviously with having two teams in the state league for the first time, there’s a player drain in the local league so it’s just how we overcome that and look for that magical number of how many teams should be in the Premier League. Essentially you’re looking at 50-60 players who would play Premier League between the two NPL teams and under-20s, so how do we keep the Premier League to a high standard and how many teams is the magical number?

Women’s football

Our women are going to play in Brisbane so it is largely unknown as to how that will transpire and whether that will be a pathway for what might happen to the men’s competition down the track.

Volunteers

From a club point of view, there’s the ongoing battle of how hard it is to attract volunteers and manage the workload of those volunteers. It just seems to be getting harder and harder every year with people becoming more time poor. I think that’s an issue for sport in general so that’s an issue we are facing at our club and I know a lot of clubs are in the same boat.
