Facilities and Fields

The state of the playing fields have turned away a lot of players due to the risk of injury. Our facilities on the Coast are primarily stuck in the late 80s or early 90s and need a complete overhaul.

Fluctuating Player Numbers

Each year we see a big difference in playing numbers. It seems as though the high participation based clubs continue to grow while smaller clubs are getting even smaller.

Club mergers

This idea is a pipe dream because the clubs are all focused on their backyard and are not about the growth and best interest of the game. It would be more ideal to create “super clubs” per se that have both seniors and juniors in all divisions playing out of both grounds with involvement from both parties.
