CHEF’S LUNCH LOOMS AS A TASTE SENSATION
Join Miami Marketta’s resident lead chef Lawrence Jones for “A Chef’s Lunch” tomorrow.
Continuing on from the previous Long Lunch series, the event lets Lawrence show you some of his favourite dishes and collaborate with other industry professionals.
He got his start in hospitality at a young age in his family’s cafe, and since then has worked in some of the most popular restaurants in Sydney and the Gold Coast.
Start off with a washed rind cheese, honeycomb, Sicilian olives, truffle butter and sour dough to get your mouth watering, then dig into chilli squid and rice noodle salad for the second course.
Enjoy an Asian BBQ lamb slider and wasabi slaw to try something a little different from what you’re used to before the fourth course – eye fillet beef, honey sesame roasted vegetables and coriander ginger dressing.
Finish the afternoon with citrus panna cotta, summer fruits and pistachio fairy floss for dessert.
