Car dealer drives up to $4.5m home
CAR dealership mogul Eric Zupp and wife Wendy have parked themselves into a luxurious new home at Sanctuary Cove.
Property records show the pair settled on the Bayside Close home for $4.5 million in December.
The riverfront home sits on a 1264sq m block and has three bedrooms, a wine cellar and a jetty.
The property had sold for $2.08 million a year earlier and had undergone just over $80,000 in renovation, including a pool.
Ray White agent Matt Gates made the sale on behalf of Macpac Enterprises, a company directed by engineer Stewart Hutch and Tim McClennan.
The exclusive street has been the location of several big-ticket sales. No.7313 sold for $8 million in 2015, while Majestec security screen success story Peter Taylor and wife Christine have bought two neighbouring properties for $5 million and $6.1 million over the past three years.
