At last Jetstar fined for not giving refunds. Refused to refund me some years back. Never flew them again. Cost them more in lost custom than the refund. Their 1.95m fine though funded by tickets not refunded for years so no great deterrent. Fines need to be higher.

Why can’t queensland politicians sort out the crime problem. They won’t build a new jail. Judges won’t give proper sentences. I can understand why police are losing hope. Jail cells should be 4 bunk beds high but no they all have their own room, TV. 3 meals a day. Prisoners are so much better off than homeless and the poor.
