Pair of signings bolster team at Villawood
DEVELOPER Villawood Properties has bolstered its Queensland team with two key appointments.
Luke Radonich and Jim Hillery have joined as Queensland development manager and acquisitions manager for Queensland and NSW, respectively.
Mr Radonich comes with more than 10 years of development industry experience under his belt, having worked for Brisbane-based consultancy firm Bornhorst and Ward, and later as development manager at Point corp.
Mr Radonich will manage the active projects in the Villawood Properties Queensland portfolio while providing preliminary development advice for future acquisitions.
“My experience across land development, financing, planning and design through to construction, sales and marketing will be valuable for both Villawood’s current active projects and the delivery of projects well into the future,” Mr Radonich said.
Mr Hillery most recently worked in an executive position for Villa World, undertaking site acquisitions and due diligence throughout Queensland and NSW.
“I bring a deep understanding of the financial feasibility of residential developments, site risk, and contract negotiation to my new role overseeing business development and site acquisitions for Villawood,” Mr Hillery said.
Villawood Properties state development manager Michael Williams says the new additions will fuel expansion throughout Queensland.
“We have a strong pipeline of projects strategically located throughout southeast Queensland and we are actively seeking to acquire more sites in the Sunshine State. I believe the appointment of Mr Radonich and Mr Hillery and the extensive skill sets they bring to the table will ensure Villawood continues to cement it’s reputation as a leading developer in Queensland.”
Villawood Properties has delivered three residential communities at Kingsholme, Casuarina, and Dakabin, with two active developments currently selling between the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
