LADY ‘TOADS NEW CHANT

QUEENSLAND and Burleigh fullback Tazmin Gray is leading the charge to put a female spin on the iconic Maroons chant made famous by Billy Moore.

For the first time the Maroons women will chant ‘Queensland-HER’ as they take on New South Wales.

“For me it’s about influencing a younger generation and adding female flair to it,” Gray said.

“We’ve all seen the footage of Billy Moore and know the history, so for us to back him up and replicate that and make it ours is pretty cool.”
