SECOND HOUSE JACK BUILT

THE Gold Coast’s first craft gin distillery has branched out into Brisbane, launching a tasting room at Albion.

The new location for Granddad Jack’s, in a converted warehouse in the backstreets of Albion, coincided with the launch of a new spirit to the Miami-founded company’s range – Albion Gin.

This signature gin will be accompanied by a range of limited-edition new releases launched monthly, two new beers on tap each week, and six core award-winning spirits.

The family-owned and operated craft distillery and microbrewery has been operational since 2018.

The Albion distillery will house a greenhouse that will grow the different botanicals used to create spirit blends and garnishes such as edible flowers, strawberries, cucumbers and mint.
