Big job for Aussies to end Open drought

Greg Norman was the last Aussie to win the British Open back in 1993, but hopes are high this year, with 11 of the country’s best golfers in the field to end the drought. Lucas Herbert is in fantastic form, having won the Irish Open recently, while he also finished second behind countryman Min Woo Lee at last week’s Scottish Open. History is against them, but you can’t discount form when scoring is set to be so tough. World No.1 Jon Rahm is the clear favourite as he looks to build on his victory at the US Open back in June.
