Chance for ‘almost man’ to clinch title
SATURDAY-MONDAY, 3AM
Louis Oosthuizen may have missed the chance to clinch the British Open with a poor final round, but you can’t discount his form leading into the 3M Open. He was runner-up at the US Open and is playing the sort of golf that should have him in contention again. The South African star won’t have to deal with some of his biggest rivals, although world No. 2 Dustin Johnson is the favourite to leave Minnesota with the title. He finished tied for eighth last week. There are several Australians in the field, led by Cam Davis.
