FOR Patricia Riddell from Indooroopilly, her 11-year-old silver Toyota Yaris car is her most valued asset.

After a reversing incident three years ago that BumperTech repaired, she knew exactly who to call when she needed some recent repairs on her vehicle.

“I’d reversed into something again and I needed a light replacement,” she said.

“I had kept my emails with them from three years ago so I wouldn’t forget them.

“I was really pleased with their staff and service last time so I got them back again.”

Established in the 1990s, BumperTech continues to grow its loyal legion of customers thanks to their convenience and competitive pricing.

“We give free, noobligation quotes and then we offer prompt service,” BumperTech owner John Cowan said.

Ms Riddell said a number of factors contributed to her ongoing relationship with BumperTech.

“They can do the repairs at home, on your premises,” she said, with BumperTech’s mobile service meaning customers don’t have to be without a car when damage is being repaired.

Mr Cowan said BumperTech’s fully-trained technicians could restore most bumpers back to pre-accident condition within three hours.

“You don’t have to wait half a day for your car to be fixed,”

Ms Riddell said, with her recent technician even helping to fix another, small problem with her Yaris while he was there.

“Their staff go that little bit further for you,” she said.

Although Ms Riddell said she was “really pleased” with her recent repairs, she has vowed to steer clear from reversing in the future.
