TO BORROW a line from Sergeant Schultz, this is getting “verrry interesting”.

Someone has borrowed a significant sum from a personal friend to fund a big project. All well and fine except suddenly the repayments have stopped coming in and tall tales but untrue are being told about when the money will start arriving again.

Promised deadlines keep being missed and the lender is understandably getting more than a bit agitated.

So much so that at a local drinking hole the two accidentally met up and the man with the money took a swing at the reluctant debtor. They were quickly separated but now it has become much more than a loan.
