Bully boss turns it on at the Swim Run
THEY say those who can’t do teach – and those who can't even do that, go on to write about it.
So perhaps The Bulletin’s Sport Editor missed that memo, because it seems he’s a pretty fit bloke.
Don’t tell him I told you this, but Tom “Bosswell” Boswell managed a top-five finish for his age group in the annual Burleigh Swim Run this week.
That’s a handy showing in any regard, but when you consider he placed ahead of a very well-known Gold Coast sporting figure, well, it’s time to tip the cap.
Boswell might not hold the Gold Coast Titans’ club leading tryscorer honour – in fact, he hasn’t scored a single NRL try – but he can lay claim to outpacing the great Anthony Don in the annual Australia Day event.
Because no one else will
give him the kudos – and stick – that he deserves, this column space seemed fitting to make mention of his efforts.
Go well, “Bosswell”.
