Italian giants battle for Serie A top spot

Napoli has won four games in a row - and a lot of that is based on the league’s best defence. But it faces an Inter side that has scored more goals than anyone in Italy and is steaming after it lost last week’s derby to AC Milan. Inter has a game in hand on its rivals, so a win here would be massive for its hopes of defending last year’s title.
