UTSS concert brolly ban

IT MAY boast a rock ’n’ roll line-up, but Gold Coasters gearing up for the city’s first big post-pandemic gig are urged to think of the practical when preparing to party.

Under the Southern Stars (UTSS), featuring Trick, Bush and Stone Temple Pilots, hits Southport Sharks on Saturday and comfy chairs will be hot property.

Organisers encouraged GA ticket holders to bring their own low-rise camp chairs. If forecasted rain eventuates, wear a raincoat – umbrellas aren’t allowed.

It’s recommended that guests catch public transport, with the Gold Coast University Hospital G:link stop only a 10minute walk from the venue.
