WE have met some dapper dudes in our time but no one has ever come close to the sheer sartorial perfection of American actor George Hamilton.
Not a crease, nor a wrinkle or a hair out of place and he smelled as if he had just stepped out of a garden – old-school Hollywood at its best. This was taken in 1987 at a birthday party for the late Christopher Skase during the opening of Sheraton Mirage Resort.
With gorgeous George is American actor Catherine Oxenberg who was best known for her role as Amanda Carrington on US soap opera Dynasty.
She also played Princess Diana twice on screen which was rather fitting as her mother was Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia. George is now 82, as dashing as ever and known more for his jetsetting lifestyle, Tandoori tan and ability to poke fun at himself.
