EVERYONE NEEDS COUSINS LIKE THIS

EVERY community needs people like Ian Cousins. On Thursday night he was again at the microphone to help launch the 2022 Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards as its president.

It is a role he has filled for 25 years with no thought of thanks or selfaggrandisement, simply a good citizen doing his bit.

He has been similarly involved with other community organisations during his long business career on the Gold Coast. Ask him why and he says, “I enjoy it. With these awards it has been wonderful to watch them grow with the city. So many fantastic stories of success over the years which makes the efforts of all the committee members so worthwhile.”
