Residents wake to meat and two veg graffiti

- SAM STOLZ

PALM Beach residents have had a rude awakening to find penises spray-painted on their cars, and they took to Facebook to voice their dissatisfaction.

Two neighbours, Lauren Edwards and Taylah Williams, were victims of the graffiti.

Ms Edwards posted (pictu red ) : “What a joke I woke up to (crying face) in Palmy. Anyone know how to get spray paint off a car?”

Ms Williams replied to the post saying, “I’m your neighbour and it happened to me too.”

The post attracted more than 100 comments, with the local community banding together to support the victims.

Tina Sharp wrote: “God some people are a***holes. Good luck getting it off.”

Scott Douglas called real d**k move.”

One user, Matthew Palmer, suggested “turning it into a smiley face” until they could make it to a panel beater.

Fines for graffiti in Queensland vary but certain offences carry a $2757 fine and up to 12 months imprisonment.
