BOGUT AS FURBALL? NOONE WOULD HAVE A CHEW

FILE this under future ideas. One very-hard-to-miss attendee enjoying the fun at Supanova at Gold Coast Exhibition and Convention Centre two weeks ago was Australian basketball legend Andrew Bogut.

He was spotted walking his two sons through the crowd among all the wild and crazy kids dressed in their out-there costumes.

Here’s a promotional idea – why not get Andrew to dress up as Chewbacca next year? At 213cm (7’1”) he is 30cm shorter than the Star Wars character but add the costume and giant head piece and he would be the hit of the show next year.

Just a thought.
