Three hurt in truck crash

PARAMEDICS took three people to hospital after a multi-vehicle pile-up involving two trucks on a Gold Coast stretch of the Pacific Motorway.

Emergency services were called to the northbound M1 lanes at Gaven after the truck and cars crashed about 6.15am, a Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) spokeswoman said.

Three people were taken to the hospital in a stable condition. A fourth patient was assessed, but not taken to hospital.
