BOND’S NEW DIRECTOR OVERSEES MBA

BOND University has appointed a new director to its Master of Business Administra­tion program.

Future of work expert Libby Sander has taught in the executive MBA and masters programs in Australia and Japan since 2017, and previously spent 16 years as a human resources director and executive team member in a range of organisati­ons.

“This is a very exciting opportunit­y. I am passionate about creating outcomes for our students that are aligned with the rapidly evolving landscape of business,” Dr Sander said.

“There has been a big rise in people studying at postgradua­te level and exploring their options to create a career or business that provides greater fulfilment and flexibilit­y.”

A leading authority on the design of the workplace and its influence on thinking, emotion and performanc­e, Dr Sander is an award-winning lecturer, with degrees in arts, Japanese and business, a Masters degree in human resource management, and a PHD in organisati­onal behaviour.

Dr Sander has appeared on the ABC’S television program Catalyst, spoken at TEDX, contribute­d to the Harvard Business Review and World Economic Forum agenda, and recently achieved 2.8 million readers across her articles on academic website The Conversati­on.
