The equation is very simple for AC Milan this weekend. If it beats Sassuolo away from home, it will win the Italian title for the first time since the 201011 season. Milan has won five in a row in Serie A and has the best defence, but things can get tricky against a team that has nothing to play for. It has got to watch out for Domenico Berardi, who leads the league in assists, while Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca has scored 16 goals. If Milan slips up, then local rival Inter can leapfrog it into first place with a win on the final day.
