CPE Group Care Man­ager Eileen Wil­son said it was dis­ap­point­ing that many peo­ple she talked to found it hard to get a sim­ple ex­pla­na­tion of the costs in­volved in home care ser­vices.

“Peo­ple want to know they can have a sim­ple and hon­est con­ver­sa­tion with care providers about ex­actly what they can ex­pect from a par­tic­u­lar pack­age,” she said.

CPE Group is a gov­ern­ment-ap­proved ser­vice provider and has been look­ing after peo­ple for more than 18 years.

“Car­ing for peo­ple starts with straight­for­ward con­ver­sa­tions that ev­ery­body un­der­stands and help­ing ev­ery­one make the most out of their My Aged Care Pack­age,” Eileen said

The pack­ages are heav­ily sub­sidised by the gov­ern­ment for el­i­gi­ble peo­ple 65 years or older, with sub­sidy amounts rang­ing from about $8000 to $49,000 per year for nom­i­nated ser­vices, de­liv­ered by your cho­sen provider.

Eileen is happy to have a con­ver­sa­tion with peo­ple look­ing to start a new pack­age or who want to change their ex­ist­ing pack­age, or re­ceive pri­vate and top-up ser­vice.

To keep it sim­ple at CPE Group there are no case man­age­ment fees, set-up fees or exit fees.

CPE Group has a flat rate of 12 per cent of the gov­ern­ment pack­age value, which trans­lates into more care or ser­vice hours for cus­tomers.
