Father Brown

Crime-solving Catholic priest Father Brown (Mark Williams) is searching for clues in this episode about a sick woman who is found dead in suspicious circumstances. The unfortunate lady is – or was – Freda (Janet Dale), a friend of Mrs McCarthy (Sorcha Cusack, pictured), and she had been suffering with a painful illness. Though she apparently died in her sleep, a single white dove feather left by her body suggest natural causes may not have been behind her demise after all. Was it a mercy killing? Or is something more sinister afoot? If anyone can get to the bottom of the latest Kembleford killing, it’s the charmingly oldschool Father Brown.
