Community street party
GET into the festive season with the annual Charleville community Christmas street party tonight.
Come and join in with everyone for a night of entertainment, markets, great food and late night shopping.
The evening will be a great time to get all you Christmas shopping done and support local businesses.

Christmas fun in town
AUGATHELLA Christmas in the Park is this Saturday at the Meat Ant Park.
Join in the fun from 6pm with Splinter Jones doing a lolly drop from his helicopter, so make sure the kids are there.
At 6.30pm Santa will arrive in the fire truck to hand out gifts for the kids, donated by Drought Angels.
Children can enjoy a movie on the outdoor big screen from 7.15 pm.
Please bring your own bean bag, chair or whatever the kids may wish to sit on.
Winners of the Christmas lights competition will also be announced.
A barbecue and bar will be operating, sausages in bread and steak burgers for sale, with a free ice cream in a cone. But one day is approaching where they can be recognised: the Murweh Shire Australia Day Achievement Awards.
Locals can nominate any person, group or even an event who has achieved something special in the past year, or makes an ongoing contribution to the community.
