CAMARO BUILD STATIONS

01 Doors and bonnet come off, interior is stripped out, AC degassed and wiring harness removed. 02 Wheels off, new harness in, rear interior refitted, disconnect exhaust, brake, boosters and aircon, fluids extracted, dash removed, front fascia and guards off.

03 Engine removed and RHD parts fitted, firewall modified, front clip on, engine in, connect drivetrain and rear brakes, refit exhaust, wheels on.

04 Wiring reconnected to engine, RHD instrument panel in, front interior fitted, plumbing reconnected, fluids filled, interior and doors fitted. Car is driveable. 05 Refit front fascia, guards, bonnet, wipers, headlights. Check for fault codes and troubleshoot. 06 Vehicle run over bump track to settle suspension. 07 Wheel alignment performed. Optional: Look at nudes calendar and smoke durrie. 08 Road test, fault code second check. Cuppa tea and a biscuit. 09 Full GM quality check. High-fives for a job well done. Ask the boss for an early mark.
