N-LINE: NO UPDATE; NO WORRIES

-

SO WHAT are we missing out on in Europe where Hyundai sells the i30 N-Line in updated form? The Euro-spec N-Line scores a new rear bumper with a twin-pipe offset on the right side as opposed to the current model’s dual tip, while up front, new headlights feature V-shaped daytime-running lights and a completely reshaped bumper with more defined side air intakes. The updated variant also scores a new Y-spoke wheel design. Overall, the car certainly looks fresher. The downside is that it only comes with 1.5-litre turbocharged four producing 116kW linked with a 48-volt mild hybrid system, whereas South Korea builds our N-Line with the less emissions friendly 1.6-litre turbo four.
